Overview

The Group Facilitator is responsible for providing group psychotherapy and individual therapy in a clinical setting, focusing on the application of skills in therapeutic groups.

• Provide group and individual therapy to clients.
• Support the Group Therapy Coordinator in program development.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a related field required.
• 1-2 years of group and individual therapy experience.
• Preferred licenses include LICSW, LMHC, and others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
• Experience with empirically supported group therapy skills.
• Familiarity with hospital or community-based treatment programs.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Active interest in inpatient psychiatric treatment.
• Participation in committees and training preferred.
