Overview

The Massachusetts General Hospital Center for Aging and Serious Illness (CASI) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I or II to support ongoing clinical research focused on patient-centered and caregiver outcomes for older adults and those with serious illness.

In Short

• Assist in clinical trials start-up and execution.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain study participants.
• Perform study assessments and follow-ups.
• Manage and enter study data accurately.
• Facilitate community outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• 1-2 years of clinical research experience preferred for CRC II.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in administrative software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of clinical research protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Cultural sensitivity and humility in community settings.
• Spanish language fluency is desirable.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
