• 5+ years of experience in battery thermal analysis is required.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience in battery systems and electric powertrains.
• Hands-on experience with thermal modeling tools like ANSYS Fluent.
• Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in thermal test design and data analysis.
• Familiarity with aviation battery safety standards.
• Experience with thermal runaway modeling is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to thermal challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with various engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
