Senior Program Delivery Specialist, Fundraising - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Delivery Specialist, Fundraising to join our team, reporting to the Online Strategic Projects Lead in the Fundraising department. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating efforts across the Online Fundraising, Fundraising Tech, Major Gifts, and Fundraising Operations teams. You will also be working closely with teams in Product and Technology, to deliver impactful resourcing programs at the Foundation.

In Short

• Drive projects to completion and co-create impactful fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing multi-stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Ability to anticipate risks and resolve conflicts.
• Strong program management skills including prioritization and planning.
• Ability to build rapport with distributed teams.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a big picture mindset.
• Passion for process improvement.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
