Welocalize is seeking a South Korea-based patent filing associate firm to support client legal teams in executing jurisdiction-specific patent filing and validation activities. This partnership forms part of a broader multi-country filing program focused on optimizing quality, cost, and compliance in global IP processes.

• Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in South Korea.

Requirements

• Registered and authorized to act before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).
• Legally permitted to file and prosecute patent applications on behalf of international clients in South Korea.
• Demonstrated experience with PCT national phase entries, direct filings, and Korean patent validations.
• Firm must provide a company profile or brochure, website link, and a clear point of contact for coordination.
