• Manage a client portfolio of paid media campaigns across Search and other digital platforms.
• Build internal relationships and communicate technical subjects effectively.
• Mentor junior team members with technical training on ad platforms.
• Ensure campaigns deliver against customer objectives and provide analysis to improve performance.
• Support senior team members with strategy development.
• Proactive reporting and analysis of data.
• Define optimisation strategies for customers.
• Own the day-to-day delivery of paid media work.
• Become a trusted advisor to clients through performance management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in customer management and reporting.

Requirements

• 5-6 years in a role using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with multi-channel media strategies.
• Experience with luxury retail or similar clients.
• Proficiency in customer management and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good negotiating skills with performance reporting.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing targeting tactics.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding £30k for campaigns.
• Knowledge of performance analysis and reporting.
• Experience with tagging and tracking implementation.
