• Looking for a detail-oriented Localization QA/Testing Manager.
• Lead linguistic and functional QA testing across multiple languages and devices.
• Manage QA workflows and tests, and run multilingual content audits.
• Partner with localization program managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure localized user experiences are accurate and culturally resonant.
• Conduct multilingual audits for translation quality and brand tone alignment.
• Develop and maintain QA test plans and localization bug reports.
• Coordinate with language reviewers and testing vendors.
• Identify patterns in localization issues and propose improvements.
• Advocate for culturally relevant content in localized products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in localization QA or linguistic testing.
• Strong understanding of functional QA testing tools and processes.
• Experience managing linguistic QA reviews across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of cultural sensitivity and adaptation best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and QA platforms like JIRA and TestRail.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams beneficial.
• Background in localization for consumer tech or media products is a plus.
• Working knowledge of internationalization principles is highly valued.
