Overview

Welocalize is seeking a Localization QA Tester / Proofreader with native-level fluency in Hungarian and strong technical skills to test applications and tools, ensuring localization accuracy.

In Short

• Fully remote, part-time position (20 hours/week)
• Test web-based systems and applications on Mac OS X and iOS
• Execute test cases and scripts for localization accuracy
• Identify, report, and track localization bugs
• Verify fixes and ensure quality
• Prioritize linguistic issues
• Document and communicate issue reproduction steps
• Collaborate with diverse teams
• Native-level fluency in Hungarian required
• Experience in translation or linguistic QA preferred

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Hungarian
• Fluency in English
• Experience in translation, localization, or linguistic QA
• Strong technical skills
• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
