Overview

As a Store Associate at CVS Health, you will play a meaningful role in transforming health care by providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail setting.

In Short

  • Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Physical ability to lift and exert force as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to remain upright for sustained periods.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks involving reading and inspection.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Willingness to assist in different store departments.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
