Outreach Executive I - Remote

Overview

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, aiming to convert them into patients.

In Short

• Engage Medicare seniors through community outreach and events.
• Generate leads and maintain sales system knowledge.
• Prospect and cold call new leads.
• Collaborate with Outreach Managers and Community Relationship Managers.
• Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects.
• Capture and record customer information in CRM systems.
• Act as a point of contact for clinical and center teams.
• Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients.
• Work as part of a team to drive new patient growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to connect and influence people.
• Comfortable navigating external barriers.
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages.
• US work authorization.
