Requirements
1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
3-5 years of practice experience in relevant health areas
Healthcare licensure or certifications preferred
Experience in telephonic coaching or case management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Background in motivational interviewing techniques
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Bilingual skills are a plus
Independent worker with excellent time management
