Overview

Wellness Equity Alliance is seeking a creative, motivated, and mission-driven Marketing & Communications Intern to support brand storytelling and visibility across digital platforms, ideal for students or early-career professionals.

In Short

• Assist in the creation of visual and written content for various platforms.
• Support social media scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
• Help update and maintain WEA’s website using Squarespace.
• Collaborate on campaign development and digital storytelling.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials and toolkits.
• Contribute to internal communications and brand consistency.
• Conduct light research and gather assets for campaigns.
• Flexible schedule with a commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
• Duration of the internship is 6-9 months.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience with Squarespace or similar CMS.
• Passion for public health and community impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
