Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web application development.
• 2+ years of experience leading feature teams.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Mocha.
• Strong debugging skills across multiple levels of the stack.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies like AI.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
