• Development and implementation of tailored social media strategies for our clients
• Creation, planning, and publication of creative and target group-oriented content (text, image, video)
• Community management and direct interaction with followers and potential customers
• Analysis and optimization of social media performance based on relevant KPIs
• Research of current trends and best practices in the social media field
• Collaboration with graphic designers, photographers, and other creative minds for high-quality content creation
• Conceptualization and implementation of effective social media advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Experience in social media management, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
• Creativity and a good sense of trends, target groups, and visual aesthetics
• Proficient use of common social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva)
• Knowledge in creating and editing photo and video content (e.g., with Adobe Creative Suite)
• Analytical skills to evaluate and optimize social media strategies
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and team spirit
