• Supports the successful delivery of IT projects.

• Partners with Senior Project Managers and other teams.
• Maintains project schedules and task plans.
• Coordinates project meetings and documents notes.
• Tracks project documentation and status reports.
• Identifies project risks and escalates concerns.
• Tracks budget and purchase orders.
• Communicates project updates to stakeholders.
• Adheres to PMO processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or support roles.
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred.
