Financial Planning Intern - Remote

Overview

This internship provides an exceptional opportunity for students to gain practical experience in financial planning and analysis, working closely with corporate Financial Planners to create customized financial plans.

In Short

• Support the Financial Planner with the creation of customized financial plans.
• Organize client’s financial documentation and information as necessary.
• Provide an accurate summary of clients’ personal information and financial position.
• Review and summarize insurance and estate plan details.
• Create financial planning reports utilizing various planning tools.
• Record notes in SalesForce regarding client communications.
• Assist with the completion of the financial plan document.
• Support Advanced Planning with the creation of resources.
• Research and identify necessary data for inclusion in resources.
• Format resources for review by the Advanced Planning Team.

Requirements

• In process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related fields.
• Preferably students between their Junior and Senior years.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Problem solver, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
