A major global pharmaceutical company is undertaking a large-scale marketing transformation initiative to implement a future-ready, scalable taxonomy framework that enables omnichannel content activation, campaign reporting, and performance measurement.

In Short

  • Seeking a highly experienced Content Taxonomy & Analytics Consultant.
  • Role requires expertise in content taxonomy and media analytics.
  • Must be available to work during Pacific Time (PST) hours.
  • Part-time position for a duration of 3 months (20 hrs/week).
  • Rate of $170/hour.
  • Experience with Adobe DAM and Analytics is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with ad operations workflows is required.
  • Fluency in tools across media, analytics, and CRM platforms is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial for working with senior stakeholders.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience is required.

Requirements

  • Deep experience developing enterprise-wide content taxonomy strategies.
  • Experience defining taxonomy schemas for asset tagging.
  • Familiarity with metadata frameworks and controlled vocabulary design.
  • Ability to align taxonomy frameworks with campaign analytics goals.
  • Experience translating taxonomy strategy into implementation playbooks.
  • Ability to develop RACI charts and governance models.
  • Support DAM metadata migration and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with global teams.
  • Experience in pharma or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required.
