Behavioral Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

As a behavioral health therapist, you will be a core member of a multidisciplinary care team that seeks to redefine care delivery to patients receiving Medicaid. You will provide remote mental health counseling to patients who experience a range of behavioral health conditions.

In Short

• Deliver psychosocial treatments for disorders common in the Medicaid population.
• Provide telephonic and SMS-based outreach to individuals on Medicaid.
• Help community health workers and care coordinators support patients’ behavioral changes.
• Triage behavioral health needs as they arise.
• Collaborate with community partners to help patients receive comprehensive care.

Requirements

• 2+ years post-Master’s-degree experience in delivering evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
• Commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Must reside in Ohio with an active license in good standing.
