This position is for a Real Estate Buy Agent who will earn a guaranteed weekly income while supporting clients and gaining experience in real estate.

• Show homes to active, high-intent buyer leads

Requirements

• A current Texas real estate license
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings/weekends + GPS
• Strong communication skills and follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM and texting/calling leads
• Motivated, dependable, and coachable
