This internship position at waterdrop® focuses on supporting the full employee lifecycle and HR operations in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare and manage employment documents such as contracts and reference letters.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
• Handle employee inquiries and support HR-related projects.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR processes.
• Assist in managing work permits and employment eligibility.
• Participate in HR projects focused on employee engagement.
• Support compliance with local labor laws and data protection.
• Work in a structured and reliable way, especially with sensitive data.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in operational HR and employee lifecycle management.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in handling data.
• Proactive, organized, and enjoy supporting others.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with employees.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
