We have partnered with a Real Estate Investment Firm and they are seeking a Director of Investments - Real Estate to lead the real estate division's growth. This role will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and asset managing private real estate investments.

• Ability to execute deals independently while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Strong grasp of market dynamics and investment cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and market research tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful and highly organized with excellent priority management.
• Strong equity relationships and capital raising ability are a plus.
