Hydraulic Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Hydraulic Engineer to join our Water Team to improve infrastructure in our Orlando office.

In Short

• Assist with hydraulic technical support for various water and wastewater projects.
• Perform hydraulic evaluations of pressurized force main and water systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations and design reports.
• Conduct on-site inspections as needed.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Work with hydraulic modeling software such as WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project tasks.
• Document design changes and communications.
• Participate in client and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience with hydraulic modeling software.
• Working knowledge of GIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
