• Develop and lead growth strategies across multiple social media platforms.
• Manage a social calendar aligned with product updates and community trends.
• Launch creative challenges and storytelling series.
• Use analytics tools to track performance.
• Engage with creators and users across platforms.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI and digital communities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in creator partnerships or social media strategy.
• Experience leading creator programs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong creative sense and understanding of internet culture.
• Bonus: Experience in GenAI or design tools.
