Overview

As a Project Delivery Manager at Vynyl, you will lead cross-functional software teams to manage project delivery from discovery through launch, focusing on modernizations, project rescues, and new product development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engender trust.
• Ability to understand client goals and constraints.
• Strong command of agile delivery methods.
• Technical fluency and familiarity with technology stacks.
• Experience in design thinking and UX.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to regulated domains is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in software/data engineering or UX/UI design is ideal.
