VYBE develops sustainable careers in the digital space together with artists and brands, and is looking for support in the operational content area for HE/RO, a music and creator duo.

In Short

• Prepare and publish content tailored to various platforms
• Conceive, prepare, and bring highlights, clips, and formats online
• Maintain an overview of our content output
• Structure processes around planning, uploading, and publishing
• Take on smaller organizational tasks reliably
• Contribute own ideas and actively work on new content formats

Requirements

• Familiarity with social media and understanding of content functionality on different platforms
• A good feel for pop culture, trends, and digital formats
• Structured, reliable, and independent work ethic
• Basic video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Final Cut, Premiere, or CapCut)
• Proactive and eager to implement ideas
• Interest in music, streaming, and creator content
