Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
  • Experience with games achieving long-term player engagement.
  • Experience in Live Ops strategies for engagement and monetization.
  • Experience with F2P mobile games and economy balancing.
  • Success in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Clear communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
