Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. The role covers the full scope of day-to-day infrastructure operations – Kubernetes, CI/CD, databases, observability, and networking – while also contributing to a new direction we are actively building: AI Operations. You will work in a real production environment of a growing fintech company.

In Short

• Maintain and upgrade Managed EKS clusters.
• Administer Istio service mesh and participate in resilience testing.
• Own and develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Write automation and tooling in Python, Go, and Bash.
• Operate AWS Aurora PostgreSQL/RDS and Kafka clusters.
• Maintain the observability stack using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Integrate LLM-based tooling into CI/CD.
• Build and support infrastructure for internal AI services.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud / DevOps / SRE.
• Strong command of Linux systems and networking.

Requirements

• Production Kubernetes experience with AWS.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Terraform.
• Administration of PostgreSQL and Aurora.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Nice to have: experience with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs.
• Understanding of DORA requirements.
