Overview

As a Junior Problem Manager at Vivid, you will take ownership of the operational reliability loop, managing incidents and leading structured problem management processes.

In Short

Act as incident commander for assigned incidents.
Provide 3rd-line support for complex production issues.
Maintain accurate records of problems and known errors.
Translate root cause analyses into actionable tasks.
Improve monitoring and alerting systems.
Create operational runbooks and known-issues articles.
Coordinate work across multiple stakeholders using Jira.
Hands-on experience with observability tools.
SQL proficiency and basic programming literacy required.
Clear communication and structured thinking are essential.

Requirements

1+ year experience in incident management or production support.
Familiarity with PagerDuty is a strong plus.
Good understanding of web fundamentals.
Confident written and reading proficiency in English.
Awareness of compliance requirements in fintech environments.
