The PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay for skilled nursing visits in patient homes, focusing on delivering compassionate care.

In Short

Provide skilled nursing visits in patient homes
Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical changes
Complete OASIS assessments when assigned
Perform skilled treatments including wound care and medication management
Communicate patient status with physicians
Educate patients and caregivers on care plans
Complete accurate documentation in EMR
Follow HIPAA and safety guidelines
Flexible scheduling and strong clinical support

Requirements

Active Texas RN License
1+ year home health experience
OASIS documentation experience required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
