Overview

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking Endocrinologist to provide chronic disease management programs to a private client in the Princeton, NJ area.

In Short

• Provide chronic disease management to patients based on our program guidelines.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
• Prescribing chronic disease management medications.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience following post-graduate training.
• Board certification in Endocrinology required.
• Must be Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking.
• Must have own laptop/tablet.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Clean active license to practice in New Jersey.
• Background in family practice, internal medicine, and preventive care preferred.
• Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
• Proficient with computers and customer service-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of work experience required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Experience in telemedicine preferred.
