Overview

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide diabetes management programs in the New Jersey area, working directly with pre-diabetic or early-stage diabetes patients.

In Short

• Provide diabetes management program to patients based on our program guideline.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns especially around diabetes.
• Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
• Educate patients around glucose monitoring.
• Must have current NJ license; compact or multiple state license preferred.
• Must be Creole Speaking.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Endocrinology experience.
• Background in preventive care and endocrinology.
• Experience with diabetes management.
• Patient education driven.

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree.
• Must be proficient with computers and customer service-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
