Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing influencer and campaign strategies (mainly TikTok and Instagram) and building meaningful relationships with influencers who align with our brand values. Your efforts will directly drive our eCommerce growth.

In Short

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators on Instagram and Tiktok.
• Develop and manage a network of micro/macro influencers and UGC creators to drive engagement for either paid and organic campaigns.
• Create scalable processes to expand influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs effectively.
• Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the US market.
• Collaborate with influencers to produce creative, brand-aligned content.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI on influencer campaigns.
• Establish a framework to measure and analyze campaign performance.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
