IT Administrator (m/f/d) - Remote

We are looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/d) part-time or on a mini-job basis (10 hours/week) to manage our infrastructure and also provide light customer support as needed.

In Short

• Administration and maintenance of our server infrastructure.
• Setup, monitoring, and optimization of virtual environments (Proxmox, Virtuozzo).
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hosting and management software (e.g., WHMCS, Virtualizor).
• Support for minor customer inquiries (via ticket, email, or remote access).
• Monitoring of systems, backups, and security measures.
• Documentation of changes, processes, and system configurations.

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Proxmox and Virtuozzo is an advantage.
• Experience with WHMCS and Virtualizor is desirable.
• Basic understanding of networks, virtualization, and hosting environments.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• Friendly, solution-oriented communication in customer contact.
