Business Analyst (Strong Junior/Middle) - Remote

In Short

• Analyze and gather requirements from key stakeholders, documenting and supporting these requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation, including SRS, FRS, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, project vision, scope, user guides, release notes, and other necessary artifacts.
• Support the development team in clarifying requirements.
• Create detailed diagrams using BPMN/UML notations.
• Participate in estimation and planning processes, as well as other activities as needed (retrospectives, stand-ups, demos, workshops, etc.).
• Analyze integrations with internal and external systems, supporting the development team in implementing integrations.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
• Identify, report, and manage risks and issues on the project.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of products.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of business analysis theory.
• High level of skills in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and basic development methodologies.
• Ability to model processes and design workflows using modern notations (BPMN, UML) at an advanced level.
• Ability to create detailed mockups/prototypes using modeling tools (Lucidchart, Figma, or similar).
• High level of written and verbal business communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• English level - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
