Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in contract drafting.
• Experience in the payments industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
• Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and e-signature tools preferred.
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time.
