Requirements

Degree in media conception, information design, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in user-centered digital concepts.
Experience with user-centered design methods and customer-centric product development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset and enjoyment in dealing with people.
Ability to analyze complex issues and make recommendations.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Fluent in English.
Curiosity about trends and innovations.
Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
Experience with mature design systems is a plus.
Affinity for industrial topics is a plus.
Experience in complex and E-Commerce projects is a plus.
Portfolio required.
