In Short

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for RNA-based diagnostic offerings.
• Drive discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, and requirement documentation.
• Translate clinical utility and regulatory constraints into product requirements.
• Partner with Lab Ops/Engineering to deliver and iterate on assays and reports.
• Define success metrics and run experiments to improve them.
• Lead go-to-market strategy with Marketing and Sales.
• Ensure compliant releases in partnership with Regulatory/Quality.
• Capture field feedback and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years in product management in diagnostics or digital health.
• Strong system thinking across UX, science, data/AI, and lab constraints.
• Excellent PRD writing and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and data-informed decision-making.
• Bonus: experience with value-based care economics and HL7/FHIR integrations.
• Nice to have: Advanced science degree or startup experience.
