Overview

The Electrical Buyer Engineer is responsible for managing tenders related to electrical lots, selecting suppliers, specifying needs, negotiating, placing orders, and monitoring order execution in compliance with purchasing procedures.

• Manage tenders for electrical lots.
• Compile and draft required documents for tenders.
• Evaluate and align technical offers from suppliers.
• Select and assess suppliers using comparative tables.
• Negotiate and issue order-related documents.
• Monitor the execution of orders as necessary.
• Verify documentation from suppliers.
• Participate in equipment shipping with the transport service.
• Conduct factory inspections if needed.
• Ensure regular reporting and maintain dashboards.
• Participate in project cost estimation.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and budgets.
• Contribute to lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bac +4/+5 in Electrotechnics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical purchasing or project management.
• Strong technical knowledge in electricity.
• Motivated to engage in purchasing in an EPC environment.
• Basic contractual knowledge.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Skills in organization, rigor, responsiveness, synthesis, negotiation, communication, and listening.
