Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1) and solid English skills (B2 - C1)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role in a german entity, ideally in an international SME.
• Deep knowledge of Datev and German payroll/tax law.
• Work well within a team and have a fun-to-work-with attitude.
• Act with honesty and openly admit mistakes.
• Stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Pay great attention to detail in all your tasks.
• Demonstrate a structured and process-minded approach to your work.
