• Critical position responsible for developing world-class CRM solution.

• Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback.
• Curiosity for understanding how things work.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a feature backlog.
• Track record of collaborating with engineering/QA.
• A strong sense of professional ethics.
