Overview

This position involves leading the transformation of the nation’s air traffic control system, focusing on enhancing safety and reliability while replacing aging infrastructure with modern technologies.

In Short

  • Lead HR initiatives for a major federal program in aviation.

  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed staff.
  • Provide recruiting support to multi-site operations.
  • Ensure a culture of high performance and engagement.
  • Utilize ATS tools such as Workday for recruitment.
  • Offer competitive salary and benefits.
  • Work in a close-knit team environment focused on innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience for HR Leaders.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a Federal Government or Defense Contractor environment for HR Business Partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience for TA Leaders.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience for Recruiters & Sourcers.
  • Experience with employee relations and performance management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel 75% to the National Capital Region.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
  • Familiarity with federal program requirements is a plus.
