HR Business Partner / Personnel Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

In Short

• Consulting managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
• Ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations
• Independently conducting payroll for assigned locations
• Creating employment contracts, certificates, and references
• Maintaining and developing personnel data and processes
• Supporting HR projects (e.g., digitalization, onboarding, recruiting)

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in HR or a relevant degree
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll and social security
• Solid knowledge of income tax law and social security
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with common HR management or payroll systems
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a high degree of service orientation
