Overview

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager (Game) to take ownership of our marketing strategy across user acquisition, creatives, and store presence for our interactive story genre of lifestyle games.

In Short

• Lead marketing strategy across UA, creatives, and store presence.
• Define and evaluate tests based on player and performance data.
• Guide and optimize the full marketing journey from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for scalable growth.
• Do not manage ad buying but influence creative direction.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and player psychology.
• Proven ability to optimize marketing strategies end-to-end.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data to drive actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, UA strategy, or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and player psychology.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with visual novels or narrative-based mobile games is a plus.
• Familiarity with UGC and playable ads strategies is a plus.
• Background in copywriting or game design is a plus.
• Understanding of store optimization is a plus.
