New Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The New Business Analyst will assist Partners, Associates, and support staff in identifying potential conflict issues and New Business-related information within a dynamic, project-based environment.

In Short

• Process new client and matter reports for proposed new business.
• Perform conflict analysis on new client representations.
• Communicate with Attorneys and support staff regarding conflicts of interest.
• Compose written and verbal correspondence with firm personnel.
• Answer inquiries for new business status requests.
• Proofread and check materials for accuracy.
• Conduct research from various sources.
• Maintain online documentation in the database.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other assistants in the New Business department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years’ experience in a professional services setting preferred.
• Excellent project management and research skills.
• Ability to concentrate on detailed information.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capability to exercise sound judgment.
