• Position available in Back Office for Sales & Operations and Consulting & Solutions.
• Part-time role with 20 to 30 hours per week.
• Option for 100% remote work.
• Responsibilities include data management and internal process optimization.
• Preparation of presentations and proposal documents.
• Monitoring and managing contract documents and deadlines.
• Continuous improvement of workflows.
• Support team members in task prioritization and planning.
• Coordination between different departments.

Requirements

• Experience in office organization and document management.
• Strong organizational skills and structured work approach.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with deadline management and contract monitoring.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
