Overview

You will support an Upwork Managed Services program that will manage the delivery of educational content during live virtual training sessions for a professional HR membership association.

In Short

• Serve as the assigned moderator for seminars.
• Be reactive in chat and Q&A tabs.
• Alert instructors to questions at natural breaks.
• Remind participants about accessing materials.
• Oversee housekeeping and logistical aspects.
• Record training sessions and enable closed captioning.
• Post links to recordings in GDrive.
• Respond to participant questions in real-time.
• Provide customer service and tech support.
• Work closely with instructors for quality delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience as a virtual training moderator.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer challenges.
• Adept in working with computers and the internet.
• Extensive experience with Zoom.
• Sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Adept at conducting research.
• Availability to work 35-40 hours per week in EST/EDT.
