• Proactively contact and provide solutions to customers with M365 subscriptions in “Grace” period.
• Assist customers in re-adding their payment methods.
• Strong command of the English language required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 web applications and feature sets.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Device specifications include Windows 10 Pro and minimum hardware requirements.
• Background check and identity verification required for onboarding.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for effective case resolution.
• Fixed pay for tickets assigned/solved.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language.
• Superior communication skills including active listening.
• General knowledge on M365 technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, DNS, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 web applications and feature sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion skills are a plus.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
