To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for a Lead Content Designer to help us develop product copy and content that will improve our patients' and therapists' experience in all our markets.

We are only looking for someone who speaks fluent English and fluent Italian.

In Short

• Collaborating with product designers, researchers, analysts, PMs, and engineers to create products that help our patients improve and maintain their mental health.
• Ensuring brand tone of voice consistency in products.
• Working closely with the translations team for appropriate content translation.
• Creating and evolving the content design section of our design system.
• Enabling designers to design content with a solid governance system.
• Proposing and running experiments to test different content options.

Requirements

• Experience working in product-led environments.
• Experience working with translators.
• A passionate writer with an interest in user-centered products.
• A track record of delivering impact through content design.
• A desire to learn, especially in the AI space.
• A collaborative approach to writing.
• Experience with creating and governing guidelines for content design.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Passionate about mental health.
• Located in Italy, Spain, or the UK.
