Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote Consultant

Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team as remote consultants. In this flexible, home-based role, BCBAs will work within a 75-mile radius of one or more of the following Texas locations: Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, and Longview.

In Short

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs.
• Deliver telehealth and in-home BCBA services.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal staff for quality service delivery.
• Set your own hours and control your caseload.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Texas-based, within 75 miles of specified locations.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Access to a secure home office for telehealth.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Experience in home-based or telehealth ABA services preferred.
