Unlimited Biking is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Support Services Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by assisting with reservations, inquiries, and service-related concerns across multiple communication channels.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations
  • Provide accurate information about bike rentals, tours, pricing, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using customer support tools, CRM systems, and online platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
